Not much is known about Jews who risked their lives trying to save other Jews during the
Holocaust.

The events of World War II were so devastating, as millions of lives were lost, that acts of
bravery, heroism and self-sacrifice for the sake of others did not get much attention.

It is time to tell the world that Jews were not just marched to the slaughter like sheep by a racist and murderous regime.

This site will show documentaries that tell the heroic stories which need to be remembered.

The World Bnai Brith organization was the first to collect documentation, review historical
evidence and recognize with an honorary award the brave men and women who risked
everything in order to save others.

By now, more than 600 such people were identified and approved by the committee.
Family. members receive the honorary award in their name.
